COACHG Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a COACHG event (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Access

• Your ticket grants you access to the specific event, date, and format (in-person or virtual) as outlined at the time of purchase.

• Tickets are non-transferable without written approval from COACHG.

• All event communications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure it is accurate.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or travel delays.

• If COACHG reschedules or changes the format of the event, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date or format.

• In the rare case of full event cancellation by COACHG, you will receive a full refund of your ticket purchase.

3. Event Code of Conduct

• COACHG is committed to creating a supportive, respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, unethical, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and any local health or safety guidelines (for in-person events).

4. Media & Recordings

• By attending the Event, you grant COACHG permission to record, photograph, and/or livestream the experience. You agree that COACHG may use your likeness, voice, or comments for promotional purposes without compensation.

5. Limitation of Liability

• COACHG is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damages incurred during travel or while attending the event.

• You agree to attend the Event at your own risk and hold COACHG harmless from any claims arising from participation.

6. Intellectual Property

• All event materials are the property of COACHG and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed without written permission.
