COACHG TERMS OF ENROLLMENT ("AGREEMENT")

Welcome to COACHG!
By enrolling in COACHG, you are making a commitment to a program designed to elevate your business. Your access to exclusive training, tools, and resources is invaluable.

1. Enrollment Agreement & Payment Terms

• I, [Client Name], understand and agree that by committing to COACHG, I will have full access to all COACHG materials for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
• I acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable outside of any initial refund period outlined below.
• I understand that my access to COACHG remains active for the full term, regardless of my participation.

Payment Terms:

• By enrolling, I authorize COACHG to collect the total program investment via a one-time payment or a structured payment plan.
• If I opt for a payment plan, I agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout.
• Failure to complete a payment may result in immediate suspension of access to COACHG materials and services.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/debit card (processed through Kajabi Payments).

2. Access & Use of Materials

• My enrollment grants me a personal, non-transferable license to use COACHG materials for educational purposes only.
• Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or distribution of any COACHG content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.

3. Non-Refundable Commitment

• I acknowledge that this program requires a financial and personal commitment. No refunds will be granted after purchase.
• If an unforeseen circumstance occurs, I may submit a written request for consideration, but the decision to grant any exceptions remains at the sole discretion of COACHG.

4. Cancellation & Termination

• If I fail to meet my payment obligations, COACHG reserves the right to suspend or terminate my access.
• COACHG may also terminate access for any violation of intellectual property, unethical conduct, or misuse of community resources.
