COACHG TERMS OF ENROLLMENT ("AGREEMENT")

Welcome to COACHG!
By enrolling in a COACHG live event or workshop, you are making a commitment to high-impact training designed to elevate your business. Your access to exclusive event materials, coaching, and strategies is invaluable.

1. Enrollment Agreement & Payment Terms

  • I, [Client Name], understand and agree that by registering for a COACHG live event or workshop, I will have access to the event on [Event Date] and any applicable replays for [# of days/weeks] (if included).
  • I acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable outside of any initial refund period outlined below.
  • If this event includes virtual access, I am responsible for ensuring I have the necessary technology to attend.
  • No credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for missed attendance.

Payment Terms:

  • By enrolling, I authorize COACHG to collect the total event fee via a one-time payment at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to the event date to secure my spot.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/debit card (processed through Kajabi Payments).

2. Access & Use of Event Materials

  • If event materials or recordings are provided, I am granted a personal, non-transferable license for educational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or distribution of any COACHG event content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Non-Refundable Commitment

  • I acknowledge that event registrations are final and non-refundable.
  • If an unforeseen circumstance occurs, I may submit a written request for consideration, but the decision to grant any exceptions remains at the sole discretion of COACHG.
  • If COACHG must reschedule or modify the event, my registration will be transferred to the new date or format.

4. Cancellation & Event Policy

  • If I fail to meet my payment obligations, COACHG reserves the right to revoke my access to the event.
  • COACHG may cancel or reschedule an event at its sole discretion. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified and provided alternative attendance options.
  • Any violations of COACHG event policies, unethical conduct, or disruption during the event may result in immediate removal without refund.
